The manufacturer guarantees compliance of all manufactured products with technical specifications and requirements of technical documentation provided that the consumer complies with the conditions and rules of installation, operation, transportation and storage established in the current technical documentation.
The warranty period of operation is 12 months from the date of purchase of the device.
Warranty service is performed by specialists of the manufacturer or other specialized organizations authorized by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not apply to:
- halogen lamp of the slit lamp illuminator
- devices with traces of outside interference
- devices with mechanical damages
- devices with traces of damage caused by getting outer objects, substances, liquids inside the device.
